1. Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • If the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

2. Non-Cancellable Items:

  • We do not accept cancellations for downloadable intangible items such as software, digital content, or any other downloadable products.
  • However, if the product delivered is defective or if it does not meet the description provided on the website, a refund or replacement may be requested.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item (such as digital content that is inaccessible or does not function as described), please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The request will only be entertained after the merchant or provider has verified the defect or issue.
  • If the product you received does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. Our team will assess the complaint and take the appropriate action.

4. Warranty Claims:

  • For downloadable products or items that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please direct your complaint to the manufacturer for assistance.

5. Refund Processing:

  • If a refund is approved, the processing time will take 9-15 days to be completed and credited to the customer’s account.

Please ensure that all cancellation and refund requests are made within the stipulated time frame for quick resolution.
